I am a Life Coach working with Individuals and Businesses and am based in Inverness, Highlands of Scotland. I have been working in the field of training and development for the past fourteen years. I love working with people and particularly enjoy seeing people reach for their potential in life , During these working years, I have learned that attending Training Courses is oftentimes not enough and requires 1:1 Coaching to implement our learning in the workplace or our domestic lives. Effective Coaching has a holistic approach and enables you to identify the obstacles which are holding you back. I work with you to identify them and enable you to overcome these issues which will bring the clarity you need to achieve your personal goals.
